Apply

Admissions are now closed for 2024/2025 applications.

We are looking forward to hearing from prospective MBI candidates!

There are three steps to the MBI application process.

Step 1 – INITIAL CANDIDACY & FORMAL APPLICATION (2 Parts)

Applicants must complete BOTH steps to be considered:

  1. Apply by submitting the internal candidacy form (above).Complete all requested details and upload a detailed letter of interest and CV/resume for review.
  2. Formally submit your application, along with the $150 fee, via McMaster School of Graduate Studies. Look for Biomedical Innovation CRP in the listing.

Step 2 – APPLICATION REVIEW

The selection process is highly competitive. The admissions review committee will carefully consider applicant’s academic achievements, professional experiences, and desire for achieving an MBI graduate degree. Applicants may be called upon for additional information or clarification where needed.

Step 3 – ADMISSIONS DECISION

The MBI program desires to notify all selected applicants of their acceptance to the program as soon as possible. A formal offer will be delivered by McMaster School of Graduate Studies (SGS), thereafter.

For any questions related to the admissions process, please contact mbi@mcmaster.ca.
